Mon-Fri Schedule Responsibilities Learning & Development:
Participate in training sessions and workshops to build a strong
foundation in insurance sales and industry knowledge Client
Interaction: Assist senior agents by engaging with clients,
identifying needs, and providing support under supervision Sales
Support: Help process policy quotes and applications with accuracy
and attention to detail Database Management: Maintain and update
client information within company systems Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of insurance products offered to
better support clients and agents Team Collaboration: Work closely
with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to overall
agency success Feedback & Improvement: Participate in coaching and
feedback sessions to continuously improve performance and grow in
the role Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent
preferred Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people
skills with a professional, approachable demeanor Motivation:
Desire to learn the insurance industry and sales processes Time
