DutiesOur Sales Associates must be friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and an excellent communicator. This is a hands-on position for motivated individuals that enjoy working with people.ResponsibilitiesA Sales Associate at LOF-Xpress is responsible for performing high-quality courtesy services AND providing top-notch customer experiences. Duties include, but are not limited to* Delivering a Fast, Friendly & Honest experience to each customer.* Order taking, cashiering, and assisting in queueing of vehicles for service* Clear & effective communication with customers and co-workers* Maintaining a positive attitude for an exceptional customer experience and work environment.* Adherence to policies and procedures reserve company quality and efficiency standards in a fast- paced work environment.* Cleaning of customer lounge and work areas.ExperienceRequirements* Retail / Customer Service* Sales experience* Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not requiredCompetencies* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written* Proficient with computers, technology (MS Office, Point of Sale software), etc* Alertness* Organized* Multitasking * Cash handlingBenefits* Competitive pay * Training On the Job training for all departments at all levels.* Holidays off Closed 7 holidays per year.* Paid Time Off after first year of employment.LOF-Xpress--- Oil Change is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
