• Establish the employee environment regarding communications, feedback, and overall guidance
• Ensure that assigned personnel have appropriate training, work instruction, and tooling to successfully execute their jobs
• Drive department-level support of factory goals regarding 5S implementation, Continuous Improvement, manpower planning, and operating budgets Job Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing lean manufacturing techniques to drive business improvements
  • Two or more years of experience with shop floor manufacturing, maintenance, and incentive pay systems (such as CIPP)
  • Cross-functional work experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Material Control, or Supply Management
