Position SummaryThe Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving the company computer systems by requirements gathering, analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems. This role will evaluate information systems to assess their suitability for the company's needs and projected outcome. It will manage users and systems security, create process documentation and train end users on new or existing processes; seek ways to improve the organization's processes, design systems to implement those changes and train and motivate others to use the systems.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to+ Maintain and support company computer systems+ Provide systems administration and support+ Design, develop, test and monitor systems security and user management+ Meet and work with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals and requirements+ Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers to follow+ Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot business applications+ Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes+ Troubleshoot issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements+ Write procedures and documentation for the applications for new and existing applications+ Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process to support a quality deliverable+ Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace+ Analyze and complete functional testing on programs and products before formal launch+ Responsible for managing multiple projectsRequired Skills and Experience+ 3 years' experience working with information technologies and systems analysis+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills+ Experience with CRM and ERP systems+ Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages+ Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project+ Project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment; ability to manage business unit relationships+ Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions+ Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes+ Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written+ Ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently in a team environment, in a high pressure, on-call environment with changing priorities+ Results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment+ Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems+ Willingness to work occasionally outside normal business hoursPreferred Skills and Experience+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology or related fieldPhysical Requirements+ Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers+ Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods+ Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus**Company Overview**Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 18 years.
