Overview: We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team at Mill Pond in our Care Center / Long Term Care / Memory Care / Transitional Care. These positions include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. CNA Certification Required for this position.As a Nursing Assistant, your contributions play an important role incaring for the needs of older adults- including their physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing. A complete array of senior living options are available under Mill Pond's roof. The community was acquired by PHS in 1997.This community offers the following care options: Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Care Center, and Transitional/Short Term Care. Responsibilities: The Nursing Assistant, (CNA / NAR / HHA) is responsible for the provision of high quality personal care and services to residents to support the Personally Designed Living choices of residents, while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Qualifications:

• To be considered for Care Center/TCU: Current Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• Demonstrated competencies in person-directed, elder/resident-directed practice, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
