It all begins with you.The Enterprise Complaints Management Office (ECMO) plays an integral role in having an enterprise view of our customer concerns, identifying risks in a timely manner, providing enhanced reporting capabilities at the line of business and Enterprise levels, and delivering a variety of benefits to our business. This Office includes four main functions: - Executive Complaint Operations, Data Analytics and Reporting, Quality Assurance, and Complaints Shared Services. Together these teams focus on capturing, researching, and resolving customer dissatisfaction; executing deep root cause analysis; and proactively identifying continuous opportunities that are engineered to improve our customers' experience and drive out dissatisfaction.This Business Initiative Consultant 3 is a strategy consultant role responsible for coordinating key Consumer Complaint Analytic Initiatives, developing programs to ensure alignment and visibility into the work across CDAR and with partner groups, and regularly communicating key insights and findings to a variety of audiences from senior executives to analytic practitioners.The Candidate:Successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership capability; they will be impressive in their inter-personal effectiveness and with regard to their accomplishments. It requires a leader with strong relationship management, influencing, vision, execution and communication skills. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment. The role requires a sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability for achievement. Experience communicating analytic findings to drive executive understanding and action is preferred.Job responsibilities include:

  • Develops and executes routines and programs to communicate insights and business value realized from analytic initiatives.
  • Consults with management and business partners weekly on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, progress of analytic initiatives, and business performance improvement opportunities for the analytic initiatives. Such consultation includes discussion of alternatives and implications.
  • Presents to senior leaders on analytic initiatives and insights.
  • Utilizes thorough knowledge of the business unit's functional area (complaints, regulations, reporting, customer analytics and artificial intelligence) to support strategic initiatives for the business.

    Required Qualifications
    • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

      Desired Qualifications
      • 7+ years of communications experience
      • 3+ years of analytics experience
      • Solid negotiation skills
      • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

        Other Desired Qualifications
        • Proven background of leading teams delivering on highly complex initiatives
        • Ability to prepare and present executive level presentations
        • Ability to identify analytic insights and present information to audiences from senior executives to analytic practitioners.
        • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
        • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
        • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical
        • Experience leading and/or influencing a virtual project team, while building long-term relationships
        • Ability to work independently and take ownership and accountability on assigned tasks driving execution through completion
        • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior team members
        • Experience working on complex programs
        • Ability to organize and articulate complex and high risk challenging ideas to various levels and audiences in an understandable manner
