Job Description:
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a
dedicated an Advanced Electronic Cable Assembler to join their
team. As an Advanced Electronic Cable Assembler you will be part of
the manufacturing department supporting assembly operations
offering a variety of work tasks, a clean and bright work
environment and great pay. The ideal candidate will demonstrate
attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive
approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: Advanced Electronic Cable Assembler
Location: Des Moines, IA Pay Range: $22 hour 2nd shift 4:00 PM-2:30
AM - Mon-Thurs What's the Job? Assemble complex products and
subassemblies following detailed work instructions and drawings
Interpret blueprints, schematics, BOMs, and wiring diagrams
accurately Perform in-process inspections and document results to
ensure quality standards are met Identify defects and root causes,
recommending corrective actions to improve quality Support training
and troubleshooting on the assembly floor, serving as a technical
expert What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year wire harness assembly or
relevant complex assembly experience Proficiency in verbal and
written communication Ability to read and interpret written and
verbal work instructions accurately Manual dexterity and ability to
perform effectively in a manufacturing environment Proficient in
reading a tape measure to 1/8 of an inch What's in it for me?
