Title: Technical Information Specialist - 91999

Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

This position is eligible for a flexible work schedule arrangement at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.

Your Responsibilities

As a Technical Information Specialist for the Enterprise Technical Information Development (ETID) organization, you will partner with global teams and provide technical leadership in the development of customer and technician facing content including operator's manuals, in-cab display content, install instructions, repair and diagnostic manuals for Sprayer and Floater Application Equipment. In addition, you will:

* Lead and support innovation projects supporting standards, automation, machine learning, and advanced diagnostic solutions.

* Work in partnership with product engineering, customer support planning, and customer support engineering to identify and define solutions improving technician efficiency and customer uptime.

* Gather project requirements through collaboration with engineering and other key stakeholders (Tech Info Project Leader, Training Development Specialist, Customer Support Readiness).

* Lead and support technical publications projects by scoping, creating, and facilitating content development with global resources meeting schedule, quality, and cost expectations.

* Encourage and support high levels of communication, collaboration, and development across stakeholder groups including global authoring and aftermarket & customer support teams.

* Provide support and guidance to global authoring resources to ensure content is adhering to quality standards.

* Experience reading and understanding engineering documentation

* Experience with design or troubleshooting of complex components and systems

* Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to influence without authority

* Demonstrated skill in data analysis and decision making

* Ability to work a flexible yet balanced schedule to support global business needs

* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

What Makes You Stand Out

* Experience with technical information development

* Experience using engineering software/tools for visualization, modeling, simulation, analyzation, or product life cycle

* Experience working with colleagues in geographically and culturally diverse locations

* Experience in technical aptitude with complex machines or equipment


Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

* Bachelor's degree
