As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at Vituity, you
will be integral to our anesthesiology team, delivering
high-quality anesthesia services in a dynamic hospital environment.
We focus on collaborative approaches, emphasizing a synergy between
technology and personal expertise to provide top-tier anesthetic
care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Administer anesthesia
and anesthesia-related care before, during, and after surgical,
therapeutic, diagnostic, and obstetrical procedures. Monitor
patients' responses to anesthesia and surgery; adjusting anesthesia
levels as needed. Work with healthcare teams to ensure optimal
patient safety and care pre-operation, intra-operation, and
post-operation. Educate patients and families on preoperative and
postoperative care-related to anesthesia. Participate in the
development and execution of patient care plans in collaboration
with other healthcare professionals. Ensure proper documentation
and compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
In-depth knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using medical
software for patient monitoring Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current certification as a
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Valid and active
registered nurse license in the state of practice.
