13-week travel nursing contract - Start Date: January 11, 2026 -
End Date: April 11, 2026 - Setting: Resource Pool – Medical
Surgical Telemetry Unit - Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Hours per Week: 36 - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,630 -
$1,750 - Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site Registered Nurse
Qualifications - Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN)
license in Iowa or compact state - Minimum 1 year of recent
experience as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN - BLS certification (American
Heart Association preferred) - Ability to float within the resource
pool and adapt to various clinical units - Successful completion of
onboarding requirements: background check, drug screening, health
screenings, competency testing, and required documentation Med/Surg
Tele RN Responsibilities - Provide high-quality, compassionate
nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit -
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to
treatments - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
develop and implement patient care plans - Administer medications
and perform clinical procedures according to established nursing
protocols - Educate patients and families on care plans,
procedures, and post-discharge instructions - Maintain a safe,
supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff -
Float to other units within the resource pool as needed to support
