the Position Description We are seeking a versatile and
compassionate Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Nurse to join our acute
care team. In this hybrid specialty, you will provide care for
adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions,
post-operative needs, and cardiac monitoring requirements. This
dynamic role combines the foundational skills of medical-surgical
nursing with the advanced monitoring of telemetry, making it ideal
for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs and
cardiac rhythms, administering medications, managing IV therapies,
supporting surgical recovery, coordinating care plans, and
educating patients and their families. You'll work with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and personalized
care from admission through discharge. Success in this role
requires strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to manage complex patient cases with varying acuity levels.
You'll play a key role in detecting early signs of clinical
