Job Description Des Moines, Iowa, Interventional Pain Management Physician Job - Clinical Role: - Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees! - Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible interventional pain management physician - Client is open to providers who are PM&R or anesthesiology residency trained - Client is flexible in regards to fellowship training - No medical management required - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p - Patient volume will vary - Some days of low quality high duration and others of generic visits and consults - Per week they see about: 55-65 visits - Depends on procedure days or visit days. - Could see PRP 0-2 per week or Ten Jet 0-2 - Injections done ½ day procedures with consults in other half - EMG during ½ days with consults in other half - Epidurals ½ a days and Clinic in other half - No call, no weekends - Group deals with nerve pain and pain assessment - EMR: Greenway Intergy - No visa candidates, unfortunately - Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! - Organization Information: - Orthopedic group that provides care such as EMGs, nerve testing, arthograms, epidural spine injections and more - Employs over 25 physicians and 35 APPs - Salary is based on experience - RVU bonus after one year of service based on outcomes - Full benefits offered - 401k - Profit sharing - Lifestyle Information: - Enjoy all four seasons - Over 200,000 people live in Des Moines - Home to several art and history museums - 5 hours from Chicago - 2 hours from Omaha - RecruitWell's Core Values: - Open communication - Sense of urgency - Teamwork - Accountability - Driven to win - Higher consciousness
