Job Description Pride Health is seeking a RN - Med/Surg for a 13-week contract (with high possibility of extension) at a healthcare facility in Des Moines, IA 50316. This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while gaining valuable experience. Position Details: - Job title: RN - Med/Surg - Location: Des Moines, IA 50316 - Start Date: 7/7/2025 - Contract Length: 13 weeks - Shift: Nights | 12x4s - Hours per Week: 48 hours - Travel Pay: $3,100/week Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing IVs per physician orders. - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients with a variety of medical conditions. - Document patient assessments, treatments, responses, and care plans accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and effective discharge planning. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including infection control standards. Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience Certifications & Skills: - RN License - Covid card - BLS (AHA) *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
