    • Current or compact state RN license (Iowa).----
    • Prefer one year of RN experience or new graduate with relevant experience.--
    • Basic Life Support certified within 6 weeks of hire.----
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months, PALS within 3 months, TNCC within 1 year.--
    • Adaptability to changing tasks and ability to work under stress.----
    • Willingness to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.--
