As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at On With Life, you can be a part of something greater. The rehabilitation process from a brain injury or other neurological condition is a 24/7 job for each person served, and our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are a critical part of the transdisciplinary team of experts helping them along the way.There is great joy in watching someone's firsts: first steps, first words, or even enjoying their first snack or favorite meal. You can be a large part of the journey that each person served takes, making memories with them along the way. With one of the top nursing staff-to-patient ratios in the state, you'll have more time with each person served, including for activities like playing a game of cards, painting nails, or even watching a movie. We are a not-for-profit organization founded by survivors and their families, and each person served is a new member of that family. We are looking for extraordinary individuals like you to join us!Our CNA day positions primarily work 6am-6:30pm OR 6am-2:30pm, our evening positions work 2pm-10:30pm, and our overnight positions primarily work 10pm-6:30am or 6am-6:30pm. We have some flexibility regarding which shifts are worked on which days. There are multiple CNA schedules available, from as little as part-time 16 hours/week up to full-time 40 hours/week, as well as a weekends-only schedule. Each schedule requires a holiday rotation (with special holiday pay), and if not weekends-only, an every 3rd weekend rotation. As part of completing the application, we'll ask you to specify the hours you are interested in. IMPORTANT: Please note that our orientation process (typically up to 1 month) may require working days or shifts outside of what will be your permanent schedule.Our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) positions start at $15/hour for no experience. We pay a 9% differential on your experienced-based base wage for all hours worked between 2pm and 10pm, and 11% for all hours worked between 10pm and 6am. We do annual raises based on budget capacity, and you also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at your anniversary.We also offer a Hiring Bonus, paid in increments through your first 18 months of employment.
