It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you. -The Enterprise Complaints Management Office is actively searching for qualified candidates to join an exciting new leadership team. This position, ECMO Delivery Management Leader will lead a team responsible for resourcing the software development lifecycle teams (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban] for all ECMO programs and will report to the Head of ECMO Change Delivery under the ECMO Shared Services.This new leader position will partner with the ECMO Portfolio & Product Development Leader and be responsible for support services and resources for ECMO Release Trains. The leader will also be responsible ensuring compliance with EPMT/EPMO policy and PMQA as well as any actions that come forth from audit, controls or decision logs. The teams managed will be responsible for Delivery Coordination, Delivery Support Services, and Resourcing Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.He/She will partner and collaborate with other leaders across the ECMO and lines of business to ensure the business best serves customers and our line of business partners. - The leader will leverage voice of the customer and team member feedback to help drive results and priorities. -Responsibilities Include: - -

  • Delivery Coordination -Define, publish and maintain all ECMO status reporting required by policy and regulatory compliance Provide full transparency and reporting in coordination with ECMO Portfolio & Product Development leader to the ECMO leaders when appropriate Accountable for all ECMO change delivery strategy and execution ceremonies/meetings and their maturity Support ECMO Portfolio & Product development leader on dashboards Maintains all retrospectives Manages portfolio ceremony tasks, minutes, and logistics Manages sharepoint site strategy and compliance as well as any share drives or email boxes and distribution lists
  • Delivery Support Services Primary accountable leader for collaborating with technology on DevOps and continuous delivery pipeline, and technical agility, including: exploration, integration, deployment, and release. Continuous Exploration: Arriving at MVP for a release, architecture articulation, and features scored and prioritized by teams/release trains Continuous Integration: works with Testing leader to build quality into sprints so that end to end testing is completed prior to staging Continuous Deployment: take MVPs from staging to deployment so that they can ship when business is ready Continuous Release on Demand: enable MVP in production when business is ready or roll-back when necessary, manage to KPIs if working as expected Ensure all work is in compliance with SDLC, EPMT, EPMO, ISO policy as well as challenge and surface enterprise delivery opportunities to mature Accountable for all Audit logs and routines, Decision logs, or any other managed task lists Accountable and main partner with technology in making the release trains successful by clearing the runway (environments, security, RANBIs, supply chain, horizontal impact reviews or BAR toolchain) Responsible for working with technology to secure appropriate testing environments when needed for Proof of Concepts, Proof of Technology or Innovation Pilots Maintain ECMO data structure management Maintain ECMO platform rules management Ensure seamless connectivity and integration from Product Development through production support coordinating with each leader and domain Support the Agile Portfolio and Release Train Engineers for each program on mitigating risks Accountable for coordinating with the Testing & Production Support Leader on all SHRPs, Corrective Actions, and risk management Accountable for removing impediments or other milestone obstacles for Release Trains
  • Resource Management Accountable for growing the discipline and talent development of Scrum Master roles, Project Manager and Business Analysis disciplines Accountable for obtaining any non-dedicated shared services team members in DevOps Hire and manage performance of Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Business Analysts and supplying the right talent level to teams Advance the Scrum Master role and maturity in coordination with the Agile Transformation officeThe CandidateA mature leader with proven critical thinking skills and demonstrated operational credibility will be determining factors in selection. A successful candidates will be articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership capability; they will be impressive in their inter-personal effectiveness and with regard to their accomplishments.       • Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

        Required Qualifications
        • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, project delivery, project methodologies, digital product/program management, strategic planning or implementation
        • 5+ years of staff management experience

          Other Desired Qualifications
          • Proven experience as a strategic platform leader - including the operational day to day requirements
          • Deep experience or certification in SAFe Agile portfolio management processes
          • Deep experience and certification in human-centered design and/or BIZBOK/business architecture
          • Experience leading teams across multiple locations including managing managers, while exhibiting proven skills in teaching, coaching, mentoring and development of strong teams.
          • Demonstrated success managing a team through organizational, transformational and cultural change with experience articulating examples of how they have effectively driven and lead organizational change through to successful execution.
          • This leader can "connect the dots" across multiple business requirements.
          • Strong partnership and collaboration skills across Wells Fargo - with proven ability to manage effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many business and functional areas and identifying trends, which may present opportunities or reflect gaps in the business.
          • Displays business process and technology leadership skills and experience associated with complex change initiatives.
          • Proven success using quantitative techniques to turn data into actionable imperatives.
          • Advanced knowledge of organizational procedures, operations and applicable compliance rules and regulations.
          • Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques and possess critical thinking skills. -
