Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Project
Manager - Quality Engineering for John Deere Des Moines Works
located in Ankeny, Iowa, you will lead both strategic and tactical
projects to improve production processes and our customers'
experience. In addition, you will:
- Lead implementation and maintenance of Business Operating
System, including certifications like ISO9001, China Compulsory
Certification (CCC), etc.
- Collaborate with Quality professionals across the business to
develop digital solutions to drive out waste and improve customer

Skills You Need
- Cross functional experience including but not limited to:
Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations, Supply Management,
Material Flow, Order Fulfillment, Marketing -
- Strong history of making superb decisions focused on customers
and the business -
- 3 or more -years of experience with Data Engineering tools and
technologies (Python, Databricks, SQL, Ignition and Data
Lakes)
- 3 or more years of experience with quality management or
manufacturing processes
- 2 or more years of experience with standard quality management
principles and tools (such as PFMEA, SPC, Root Cause, Control
Plans, Gauge R&R, MSA and Capability Studies)
- Ability to travel up to 25% What Makes You Stand Out

- Being a self-starter
- Ability to collaborate and influence without authority across
multiple disciplines
- Experience with Quality Management System / ISO9001 Education

experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Math or related
