Job Description:

Position Summary:The Product Manager will gather market input from sales and account management team and others across the organization and take ideas through the product process to launch a successful salable, scalable product.Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Demonstrate strong Product Management effectiveness through excellent communication skills and developing partnerships across the organization
• Gather information on market landscape and competitive product offerings
• Gather feasibility data and work estimates from organizational partners including legal/compliance, IT, customer care, logistics, purchasing, R&D, revenue cycle and others
• Where product will not be "built," lead partner search process, which may include RFI/RFP
• Work collaboratively to develop pricing strategy and high-level business plans for products
• Maintain a prioritized product roadmap available to partners across the organization
• Monitor progress toward launch readiness for each product
• Develop a go-to-market package of assets to support the product launch, including pricing, sales materials, product documentation, FAQs, flow diagrams and any client-facing educational materials
• Work collaboratively to develop standard contract language for all products, including SLA development.
• For products provided through a partner, serve as vendor manager for partner including regular touchpoints and SLA development and monitoring
• Manage process to gather customer feedback on product offerings to continually develop and refine roadmap
• Occasionally travel and represent Mom's Meals at national and regional conferences, to gather market information and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap
• Occasionally travel regionally and nationally to engage with health plan or other accounts to discuss or inform product roadmapRequired Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related field
  • 2+ years of Product Management and experience launching products that are not only digital/technical in nature
  • Possess and cultivate a passion about nutrition and empowering access for all for better health
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a portfolio of products
  • Ability to follow-up and communicate effectively across departments
  • Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape and Mom's Meals strengths to help inform and further create a differentiated product offering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for day and overnight trips, both regionally and nationwidePreferred Skills and Experience:
    • Previous experience working with Medicaid and Medicare Advantage Managed Care plans, or other healthcare organizations
    • Experience with defining reports/reporting that reflect product performancePhysical Requirements:
      • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
      • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
