Responsibilities--As a Performance Engineer for John Deere Des
Moines Works located in Ankeny, IA or Ames, IA you will...--
- Utilize Vision (JD Test Planning and Tracking Software) or
similar software to generate, organize and execute structured
Product Verification & Validation plans
- Execute machine evaluation and customer feedback test
season
- Coordinate and execute test activities with the test
technicians
- Interact with verification champions, design engineers,
software developers and fellow--Product Verification & Validation
engineers to verify overall machine performance--VISA Sponsorship
is NOT available for this position.What Skills You Need--
- 1 or more years experience understanding of engineering
principles as they relate to the company product--
- 1 or more years fundamental understanding of Application
equipment machine forms.--
- 1 or more years engineering experience.
- Product engineering experience.
- 1 or more years experience--with engineering tools, systems and
databases.What Makes You Stand Out--
- Software evaluation tools and CAN data collection
experience
- 1 or more years technical experience relating to
design/diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems.
- Knowledge of the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP),
Enterprise Technology Development process (ETDP) and/or Enterprise
Customer Acquisition Process (ECAP) or similar processes. --
- Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and customer interaction
experience.Education--Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent
related work experience in the following:--
- Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline or equivalent
