Driver Services Associate

Our local customer has locations from coast to coast and is currently searching for a Driver Services Associate for their Ankeny, IA location. This is a contract – temporary position for approximately three- four(3-4) months. Many of our associates have enhanced their current skills, had their contracts extended, converted to full time employment, or been re-deployed after their assignment ends. Position Details:

Position: Driver Services Associate

Location: Ankeny, IA

Hours: 8a-5p Monday through Friday

Pay Rates: Range $12-$14

Length: Approximately 3 months

• Examines driver files to determine required documentation and deadlines

• Contacts field offices to gather required information

• Updates online driver database

• Confirms all state/federal compliance requirements are met for individual drivers

• Works extensively in Access database and Excel spreadsheets

• Works with confidential materials with minimal supervision

• Analyzes status of records and determines status of drivers

Required Experience/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years experience in information processing

• High School diploma

• Work experience with Access and Excel
