Job Description:

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Cash Application - Team Lead to join our team located in Ankeny, IA.Responsibilities (1st shift)

• Perform daily job functions as needed to help team meet their service levels and goals
• Ensure team has established and maintained KPI's to measure performance
• Achieve productivity, quality, and service level goals for department
• Perform quality reviews and document results
• Assume lead role in acquiring/divesting work for the team
• Assist with Performance evaluations and coaching discussions
• Encourage and assist team with ideas and/or innovations to improve processes
• Assist Supervisor with transitioning tasks to JDE and other projects as assigned
• Communicate and interact with internal departments, branch locations, and all levels of management
• Ability to do uploads and manipulate files to work in the JDE system and to balance with outside sources
• Other duties as assigned Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; business degree preferred
  • Demonstrated Leadership and Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate workflow and assist team with daily tasks and questions
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet team deadlines
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Access
