    SUMMARY
    Customer Service Representative/Accounting Clerk is responsible for creating service tickets, preparing quotes for customers, ordering products, scheduling service calls for both on demand and for install of ordered products. Checking orders in, entering into customer record, tracking ticket throughout the process of the ticket being worked. Keeping track of inventory, providing receipts for all orders to the controller. Following up with customer and verifying all work is complete and satisfactory. Customer service works directly with techs to dispatch ticket, prepare needed info for tech to work ticket and offer any additional assistance needed to complete ticket. Supporting controller with billing and accounts payable. Supporting and assisting with Tier Level 1 Tech service calls.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answering phones and dispatching IT Service Calls
    • Accounting AR, AP, deposits, statements. Direct dialog with customers and answering questions about customers' accounts
    • Follow dispatch board and reassign calls as needed, keep techs scheduled for the day
    • At end of each day prepare dispatch board for the following day, techs should be at least 80% scheduled
    • Review Past Due tickets, update and reassign as needed
    • Waiting Approvals/follow up with customers each day
    • Recurring orders for customers
    • Renewal orders for customers
    • Monitor the customer facing inbox for support
    • Monitor the Offsite Backup's email reports
    • Monitor Waiting Customer tickets and keep them moving
    • Monitor Waiting Vendor tickets and keep them moving
    • Monitor workflow of over budget tickets
    • IT Research and Quoting
    • Placing customer orders
    • Checking in orders and scheduling install
    • Entering configuration on orders
    • Keep ETech reference numbers up to date and assign numbers
    • Inventory - maintaining and ordering as needed
    • Collect any customer form paperwork from Tech and enter into CW, scan and save in Customer's file on the CSR drive
    • Assist with preparing equipment for install
    • General office work, helping with clean-up of boxes, keeping work areas cleaned up, help with trash
    • Keep track of time per ticket and update throughout the day
