Manager of Internal Sales leads a team of Internal Wholesalers and
Hybrid Wholesalers within the Bank Distribution Team.
Accountabilities Helps increase sales through driving productivity
within the team. Manages the service standardsperformance metrics
for the call center, adjusting workflows andor resources to meet
established performance standards. Participates in andor manages
special projects by developing and implementing solutions which
impact the business unit or the department. Participates in
managing the operational aspects of a team of Internal Wholesalers
and Hybrid Wholesalers to ensure service standards are being met.
This includes --overseeing staff activities --assigning
responsibilities call lists call campaigns --monitoring call
volumes, workflows operational processes --developing individual
team metrics reports --tracking results of call campaigns
--reporting phone statistics --onitoring recorded phone calls for
quality aspects and accuracy of information --1X1 call quality
coaching --Performance Reviews Partners with sales leaders to
define clear expectations of the team to assist in the growth of
the channel. Produces monthly call center trend reports,
identifying opportunities to improve services. Analyzes, enhances
and manages the workflow of the team to improve operating
efficiencies and meet the changing needs of the company. Assists in
the handling of exceptions, complicated technical or complaint
cases, while weighing company philosophy, compliance, business
risks, tax and legal ramifications and administrative costs. Builds
and maintains strong working relationships with advisors, back
office staff, key persons at banks and other internal departments.
Creates and maintains a strong culture through employee engagement
and development. Qualifications and Experience 5+ years' financial
services industry sales experience with annuity products preferred.
2+ years of prior sales leadershipmanagement experience. Must have
or obtain FINRA Licensing (Series 6) within 6 months of employment.
State Life Insurance License preferred. Strong knowledge of Life
Insurance andor Annuity products. Continuing education preferred
(LOMA, sales classes seminars, etc.) Experience with illustration
software systems preferred. Microsoft Office proficiency (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent
combination of education and experience. NOTE Successful candidate
will be required to complete a pre-employment background check.
