Pay Range: $18.56 - 35.32 hourly based on years of relevant
experience
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
NFM's Custom Countertop Team gets to know our customers on a
personal level. They provide consultation and complex installation
services for our customers. As an Installer IV - Countertop you
will be invited into our customer's homes to ensure the work is
100% up to par with their expectations. You will play a large role
in creating satisfied, loyal, life-long customers.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
--- Safety Handle products so you are safe and the product is
damage free
--- Details Correctly install countertops and associated pieces
--- Educate Train other installers on processes and procedures,
serve as subject matter expert
--- Communicate with customers regarding any installation
issues
--- Collaborate Educate customers on material characteristics and
best care practices

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
--- Must be at least 21 years of age
--- High school diploma or GED preferred
--- Product familiarity and basic installation knowledge
required
--- 3 years of countertop installation or construction
--- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
--- Ability to use MS Office Applications
--- Must meet hiring requirements documented in DOT non-CDL
policy
--- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
--- Missouri residents must have Class E driver's license
--- Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act
--- Ability to lift/push/pull required weights
--- Knowledge of laws/regulations related to subcontractors
--- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, drug
screen, motor vehicle and criminal background checks
